WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?

We carry all sizes from XS to XL for women and S to XXL for men. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) and PayPal.

HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING COST ME ? 

All orders over 100$ are free of charge. Otherwise,  shipping to any Canadian address will cost 8$ per order. 

WHAT COURIER PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?

All orders are shipped via Purolator.

CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

No, we do not ship to PO boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Additional fees will be applicable.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

If you are purchasing products that are currently in stock, please expect it to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be sent by email. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?

No additional duties and taxes are applicable within Canada. For international orders, Adjust Apparel is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Any item can be exchanged or returned within 7 days upon reception of the item. Damaged products cannot be exchanged or refunded. The customer must handle shipping fees for returns and/or exchanges. 

CAN YOU HOLD A PRODUCT FOR ME?

We are unfortunately not able to hold products.

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

The restocking of products depends on many conditions, by subscribing to adjust apparel and following us on social media, you will receive emails of any upcoming products and/or events that are coming up.
